Elsbeth introduced our year 6 pupils to ‘Worry Boy’ a character the children could related to easily. The workshops were inclusive and really helped all of our pupils as they prepared to transition to their secondary school, it offered a creative opportunity for them to open up and share their thoughts and feelings. Elsbeth worked with a calm, inspired approach and she facilitated the production of some beautiful pictures that have now been professionally framed and will be displayed in our school for years to come.

The children got so much out of it from art – literacy – PSHE at a time when they are very vulnerable in Y6 with SATs and transition to secondary school. They were inspired and motivated by the story and the idea of battling their inner demons. They were also able to turn this into inspiring quotes and positive messages that were very mature for their age. As a teacher the fact that I could link it across subjects was great.
